Eating eggs a day is very healthy, because it contains protein that helps your rapid growth, but eating three of it everyday? woff, i think that can be harmful

Fried or boiled? You did not specify but what i can say fried is abit healthier if you want it daily than boiled.

Eating egg a day is good especially when it's boiled. I've read somewhere, it is okay to eat 3 eggs a day but if you have diabetes, only 1 egg a day is allowed. Preferably boiled eggs because we all know it can contribute to high cholesterol.

My grandma ate an hard boiled egg everyday for breakfast along with a piece of toast and a cup of black coffee ,she lived to be 89. In my opinion I think eggs are good for us. :D

Eggs got a bad rap in the past, but no more. People who ate an egg a day have an 18% lesser chance of dying of cardiovascular events. Turns out eggs are very good for us. Other studies show a couple of eggs a day is just fine. See 'Associations of egg consumption with cardiovascular disease in a cohort study of 0.5 million Chinese adults' in BMJ.

I don't think having more than an egg per day is unhealthy for the body, the point is that, if you have more than one per day, its becomes superfluous because only one will be needed as requirement for nutritional intake on daily basis.

Has anyone ever heard of the Gaston Challenge? It involves eating five dozen eggs in a day. I can't imagine this is healthy, unless maybe you are in desperate need of protein.

Sounds like a Michael Phelps diet. I've never heard of it though. Do they eat them scrambled, in an egg bake, raw, hard-boiled, however they want?

No one eats eggs like Gaston!
