You can survive off an egg per day if you wish.

I should advice you to take only one egg per day because it said by scientists that eating more than one egg a day is not healthy, and it is also waste of natural resources.

OMG really? I wonder how participants have fared.

I have grown to like eggs as well but try not to eat them every day. BF thinks it's not healthy for him with his high cholesterol and he's diabetic too. We do eat meat every day so we don't need to eat so many eggs I think. But I'm going to have some later today! (didn't have any yesterday). Can't do without my bacon and egg breakfasts once in a while.

Hey there. I am also a egg fan. I just love eggs. You just say that eating one egg per day. But i eat and average of 3 or 4 of them. I don't think that eating 2 or 3 eggs are bad for health. I think its good for health. Because it has proteins. So there is no risk to eat eggs. But if you cant digest it then it can be harmful for your health. So i think eating eggs are good for health. But not over eating. Stay healthy. Live healthy.

I am an egg lover. And in my opinion eating not only one egg but also two or three is safe. But if you don't have a healthy stomach to digest it, then eating two or three eggs can be harmful for health. But eating an egg per day is not harmful. Its safe.

Eggs are healthy and it's okay to eat one a day. However, depending on your health, limit yourself on how many you can eat per day. Remember that yolks contain fat and, therefore, cholesterol.

I have heard recently that eating one egg a day is a great and healthy way to start your day. Hope so, because I usually have one a day. And I especially love the deviled eggs-especially since one of the internal medicine docs I work with said that a little mayo a day is actually good for you. :D :D

I don't think eating eggs every day is healthy. eggs contain a lot of protein and too much of it can cause an allergic reaction.

i cant live without eggs in a day. scrambled eggs, well done, omellete and pouch eggs. name it and i love it all of them
sometimes i have three for a day.
though im not sure enough if its healthy to eat it everyday.

do you think eating eggs a day is healthy?
It seems like trend dieticians and the news media love to cast doubt on this, but I think eggs are a healthy daily food as long as one isn't consuming them at Gaston-esque levels and they are part of a healthy diet. I have the book "Egg: A Culinary Exploration of the World's Most Versatile Ingredient" by Michael Ruhlman on my bookshelf but I haven't gotten around to reading it yet....

Turns out eggs are very good for us. Other studies show a couple of eggs a day is just fine. See 'Associations of egg consumption with cardiovascular disease in a cohort study of 0.5 million Chinese adults' in BMJ.
Yes, this! Its perfectly fine to eat an egg or multiple a day.
