From what I have heard eating an egg a day is actually quite healthy, as it contains all the nutrients that one needs such as calcium and protein amongst others. Mind you a balanced diet is always best.

Being on Weight Watchers, I eat eggs every day because they no longer cost any points. They're a good source of protein and they keep me filled. I have 2-3 with breakfast every day. Lately, I've been making peanut butter and banana egg pancakes :)

I eat atleast 2 eggs a day and I am healthy. i tried switching to eating only egg whites some time ago, but it was really bland and switched back very soon. As long as you limit the consumption of lean meat and other fatty food, 1 egg a day is perfectly safe.

I've heard that you can eat up to 12 eggs a week without it being bad for you. But I read this on the internet, so????

I'm also a big fan of eggs. While I don't eat them every day, I eat them a lot. I skip a day or two sometimes when I'm not in the mood to eat them. I like scrambled eggs and sunny side up; they taste good, fill me up, and they're a nice source of protein. I'm still healthy even though I do this, so I don't think there's anything harmful with eating an egg a day.

Eggs contain high protein content so I would do at most twice in a week.

It is healthy to eat more than one egg a day. I think many people are cautious of the cholesterol in the yolk, but consuming eggs does not actually raise your own blood cholesterol levels.

I once read somewhere that it's healthy and for that reason, I can say I eat an egg almost daily, especially a boiled one.

Eating eggs is great according to scientist but let's be realistic. 3 per day is quite alot not only for you but even the people around you because. The gas you release is really not good now imagine what the stomach is going through.

I think it’s healthy for the most part. I have been told that it begins to get unhealthy only when you consume too many yellows.

There's nothing bad in eating an egg daily. It's nutritious. Personally, I love eggs either boiled or fried
