I get most of my recipes online, although there are those old recipes that are only found in the cook book.

I have a large three ring cook book binder on my counter right now. And you know what, it's used as much as the family bible (never). I do not use printed cook books for recipes. My wife is a chef (a culinary delight) who gives me all the recipes. I am a freelance prep chef, experimenting with things when she isn't in the kitchen.

I've never had a physical cookbook, and after the raise of the internet, I probably never will.

I do, mostly because I got them as a gift and physical cookbooks makes cooking easier in my opinion. My devices are always dead so I don't trust myself to store everything online.

This takes me back to a time when my mother and I relied on books to create a cake. However, the answer is no. We are all now "digital kids." Everything is available there hehehe

I am not going out of my way to buy new cookbooks. But the good old cookbooks I already have will always have a special part in my kitchen.

I have my own recipe book where I write down my faves from websites or cookbooks so I guess I still sort of use a cookbook. New recipes though I often find online because I like to read reviews with it.
