Post by Snowhite189 »

Do you consider yourself a good cook? me not really I am not getting any good feedbacks from my colleagues who tried or tastes my dish I prepared Lolz. But hopefully one day I will be able to meet their expectations, I am very open to some ideas/inputs.

I keep my girlfriend and myself happy, whilst still trying out more adventurous things (making cheese, veggie nuggets, etc). I'm not fantastic, but who really needs to be?

My daughters informed me, very gently, that my cooking isn't as good as their father's. They are right and I admitted it. I do not have the instinct for cooking, that I do for baking. My baking is pretty good. My husband is a great cook. I can read directions on packages. My dinners tend to be traditional and bland and often do not turn out well. My husband plans to teach the girls to cook so that they can be confident in the kitchen. I will share my baking skills with them instead.

I am a good cook, but I don't really enjoy cooking. I always come up with great ideas and recipes, but they'll stay in my head. Unless, my mom cooks or bakes it. Or maybe my future husband.
