As long as I will not have to share anyone else leftovers, I will use mine as breakfast. I refrigerate my left overs for the next snacking time.

I always store leftovers for later. I put them in a container or wrap it up, then eat it later.

I refrigerate leftovers and use them within the next day either along with another meal or by itself as a meal if there is enough in terms of quantity.

If I don't get to finish the leftovers in the following days, I give them to my dog!

Leftovers are good if you can add something to them to spice it up a bit. I don't mind usually. Sometimes the next day, the flavors had more time to marinate and makes the food taste even better.

I will definitely freeze items if I am able. That way it feels like something new a month later :). I also like to try “upcycle”. For example we had lentils and chickpeas the other night and just couldn’t bear to eat it a 4th day in a row. So I added some breadcrumbs, a binding product (an egg if you choose) and fried them into patties. It changes the appearance and texture so you feel you’re getting something different. We’ll also use the immersion blender to blend down things for soup. We always make too many black beans. So I’ll season and blend down to make a soup and freeze. Just gotta try new things!! If it doesn’t work out it’s ok, chances are you would have wasted it anyways. Hope those are some long, but helpful hints :)

I am leaving alone so I used to cook food that is sufficient for the whole day.... and in order for the food not to be boring I always give new face to my food. For example my Stewed milkfish.... On my second meal I will fry it, with all the herbs and spices being incorporated it will give me a very good taste when I will deep fry it. This is how I enjoy my food. Eating left overs is fun by giving it a new face so that I will not be boring. Left overs are still part of our good food and they should not be wasted and put in trash.

If I have a lot of leftovers, I will portion out the food and freeze it for another meal. Most of the time I plan to have some leftovers. These make easy meals for my husband and I to take for work lunches.

If it's leftover meat, I will make delicious toasted sandwiches with it. I just add a few things like peppers, cheese and garlic, and then I get delicious toasties.

Save them for those days I don't feel like cooking or have them as my next meal.

I almost never freeze any leftovers. Instead, I put them in the fridge and eat on them for the next few days. Never ever throw them out. Cardinal Rule!

Hello! We always try not to have any food leftovers by only cooking the amount of food enough for us. But sometimes if one of us is on a diet, what we do with leftover is either give it to the stray cats and dogs or keep it in the fridge and be creative the next day on what to do with it. We keep it only for one day as to avoid stacking many leftovers. ☺️
Stay safe! Sending hugs

I find some recipes that would suit the leftovers. if there is none, then I can just reheat it and eat it like that. I really wasting food as I was taught that I should be thankful for the food in the table and it is a mortal sin in our home to waste food so I find ways not to waste it.

I will freeze leftovers or make into a new meal. For example, usually have leftovers meat sauce when I make spaghetti. I will either used that in my chili or homemade pizza.
