Depends which ones. Usually a mixed soup with the veggies and fried meat.

Sandwich meat I'll use to create a good meaty pizza.

Freeze them, or eat them the next day.

I can't stand throwing away food. I use leftovers constantly adding them into the next dishes. If anything gets close to its time, into the freezer it goes for leftover soups. And if there is leftover Leftover soup, I freeze it too. Some things don't freeze well, rice especially. I take leftover rice and add sugar and milk for a nice breakfast, it is great warm and cold, with fruit, cinnamon, anything you like. Leftover eggs are my biggest waste worry, but luckily eggs are not bad for dogs at all so the rare times eggs get overflowing the pooch is a happy critter.

Pastas and soups always taste best after a day. The flavors have time to meld. If I have room in the fridge I try to make two lasagne because the one that gets to sit is always so much tastier.

Sometimes I reheat it. If its dry and have meats, I will made a fried rice out of it. It actually depends what kind of dish is it.

I never waste leftover food. I usually eat it next morning or make something creative like rice croquettes using leftover rice and some vegies and spices.

Same here! I like to cook a lot of pasta and add different sauces to it throughout the week:) That's easy cooking!

I reheat and eat them. As my Mom always said, "Waste not, Want not", after reminding me about all the starving people in the world. I think if you're not going to eat your leftovers, you should give them to your dog if you have one. Now with microwaves it is so simple to reheat food, it really is a shame to throw it out.

I've had to train myself with leftover because I always feel horrible when throwing away food, but it can be hard to eat the same meal for 2-3 days in a row. When it comes to repurposing leftovers, I've found that I know what I will re-use and what I would be likely to throw away, which means that I know what I can make too much of and what I don't want to have any leftovers of.

For instance, I can make chilli into a nice tofu scramble the next day. Or if I'm cooking mince for a pasta sauce, I'll set some meat aside before I add the sauce if it seems like too much. When I make mashed potatoes I also like to make too many because they are so versatile! Rather than thinking about eating the same dish again, it can be fun to think about the flavours that you have already created, and think about other dishes where they could work in.
