Traditional can be so sumptuous especially with those local seasonings (locus bean) among others to mention a few.

I cook in both ways. But mostly i prefer modern ways as they take less time while the traditional ways take a lot of time

Modern! I love mixing things up, especially when it comes to adding additional fresh herbs or veggies. I'm also somebody who loves flavours and spice, so adding fusion flavours is awesome imo!

I love traditional recipes. But I use modern methods whenever possible if it doesn't affect the flavor. Sticking to one type is challenging.

It doesn’t really matter to me. I just want good food. As long as it tastes great, I don’t really mind which way.

I usually prefer traditional cooking because it makes me feel at home. However, if I’m going for something adventurous, then modern recipes it is!

Traditional! Eating traditional food regularly is soothing and nice. Modern is good once in a while. I cannot eat it everyday.

Both for me as it's important to preserve traditions. I am always open to new cuisines, so modern is always there to try something out.

As for me when ever I heard about food, I think about the food my mom cooked. Her special smashed tapioca and fish curry.
However cooking changes a lot in different or simply from generation to generations. There are many traditional foods that keeps traditional cultures. But in my opinion as the time changes people's also change and their taste also change. Now a days people are more like to junk foods which is modern and unhealthy. Anyhow I prefer the food which is taste and healthy

I like to save time, and will rarely choose recipes that take long to prepare. I don't have time to spend hours cooking dinner when I get home from work. If a recipe calls for me to make my own tomato sauce, I will use store bought. If I am craving brownies, the box mix is just as good as brownies made from scratch. Homemade bread? I've got a breadmake for that, but if I didn't have one, I would buy it. Based off of these ideals, I would say I am a modern cooker/baker.
