Traditional can be so sumptuous especially with those local seasonings (locus bean) among others to mention a few.

I cook in both ways. But mostly i prefer modern ways as they take less time while the traditional ways take a lot of time

Modern! I love mixing things up, especially when it comes to adding additional fresh herbs or veggies. I'm also somebody who loves flavours and spice, so adding fusion flavours is awesome imo!
