However cooking changes a lot in different or simply from generation to generations. There are many traditional foods that keeps traditional cultures. But in my opinion as the time changes people's also change and their taste also change. Now a days people are more like to junk foods which is modern and unhealthy. Anyhow I prefer the food which is taste and healthy
