Everyone has something different to say about your health and coffee. Personally, I believe it is like anything else - if done in moderation, it is okay.

Coffee being a stimulant...it's main purporse is to raise the level of nervous system for one to be more active, concentrate highly and improve alertness. This is the major reason coffee is taken in the morning, when reading a novel, article or book, and in most occassions when one needs to be active. Why take it at innappropriate time when we best know it's right effectives.

In addition to the health effects of coffee, I wanted to discuss best prep methods. We recently got a French press, and love it! Nothing like fresh ground coffee that doesn't require buying and throwing out filters! Also, I love using the leftover grounds for body scrub :)

Coffee !!!
I personally feel like coffee is a dangerous beverage. I struggle to drink coffee, if I have a cup of coffee I will literally not sleep. I struggle to sleep, so it's best I don't have coffee.

I usually drink the decaf coffee because too much caffeine bothers me, but there are a lot of benefits from drinking regular or decaf coffee- per recent studies.

I usually only have one cup of coffee mid morning as I find I feel sick if I have more than that in one day. I love tea though and can have multiple cups throughout the day. One day media says coffee is good for you, the next day it's bad for health! I believe it's fine, the only health risk from it is how much sugar is added to each cup!
