When working at a college cafeteria some students kept asking us for this on our suggestion board.. Lucky me, the newest and youngest cook with no experience, got to make it. The students loved it so I guess I did it decent but I remember it took forever, pretty spicey, and had the texture of overcooked oatmeal... I didn't enjoy it like, at all lol

I am from Africa and I feed on African food especially matooke. When African food is cooked, while rapped in banana leaves it comes out very tasty a fact I atest to.

I went to an Ethiopian restaurant with my family last month and absolutely loved it! For the most part, the meals consisted of 'pastes' made from lentils, cabbage, spinach, etc. I loved the heavy use of spices and the fact that we were given no silverware (instead bread to scoop)! I love eating with my fingers :)

Yes! When I went to Ghana a few years ago. Jollof is amazing and very popular, fufu is very unique (at least from a western food perspective), the red red I had was good but very fishy (not a fish fan).

I'm African, so majority of my meals are African meals. If you haven't had any, you're missing out. Give some a try

I am proudly African, so yes, I have tasted it, I virtually live off it. I am yet to learn some different dishes of the various tribes in my country to diversify my taste buds.
