And I'm SO excited. Hoping you guys in here that have some experience with them can give me a few introductory recipes to try? Anything dessert/bread related is right up my alley. I've been lusting over these for years and can't believe I finally have one of my own!

Yay ! I've had mine for a few years and for huge bread lovers this has been a God sent ! There's a ton of recipes I'm just bursting to share but why not try this one and tell me what you think? It's for brioche buns and they are a fav in these parts. I don't buy burger buns, I just whip up a couple batches of these.

Happy cooking !

I have 2 of them, it is simple. It should automatically have some recipes with the packaging that comes with it., but do not fret, you can use your computerto to get recipes.

Congratulations!! I love mine. I use it most often in baking for mixing bread dough, cake batter, fudge, etc. And it makes whipping cream so much easier- just turn the mixer on and get busy doing something else in the kitchen while the mixer does all the work.

A kitchen-aide is my dream for a future house! The kitchen will always be the focal point for me, the place where the family can come together and enjoy some home cooking.

Congrats on your purchase! I always loved using the one my mom had when I lived at home. It was really nice to use when making bread!

I have had my kitchenaid mixer for a few years now. I like to use it to bake cookies. My boyfriend loves to use it for shredding chicken. I keep it on my counter because that is how often I use it. I really don't want to take it in and out everytime I want to use it.
