I like baking cookies because they're easy. But I also like baking Baguettes when I'm in the mood.

I love finding new pasta recipes. My favourite pasta to make is a lemon, garlic and shrimp pasta with spinach and cheese. It tastes so good. I once made my own pasta noodles from scratch which made the dish taste even better because the fresh pasta absorbed the flavours

I love to cook generally. But one of the things I enjoy cooking is fried rice. The result is always delish.

My favorite food to cook would be oven-baked lemon garlic herb chicken. I try to marinate it overnight, if not 10 minutes in the freezer does the trick just as well. I learned that from Martha Stewart.

Well, depends on my mood. When I'm in a lazy mood, I like to make a South African dish called 'Melk Kos'. It means Milk Food, and while it's a breakfast food, it can also be enjoyed as a once in a while treat for dinner or so.Composed of butter, milk, sugar and flour. It usually gets served with extra sugar and cinnamon. Best served hot, plus very sweet!
As for the other food I like to make. Well, Mashed potatoes with mustard seed and butter(for some reason it just tastes so good!), and roasted chicken breasts.
I like the way Melk Kos sounds. It seems like it would be an interesting dish. I would love for you to share your recipe with me if you don't mind.

Cooking and i are enemies but the twist appeared where i hate buying fastfood and i have to eat. My best food to cook has to be yam and eggs. It's easy to make, it's satisfying and it's delicious.
