Half cooked veggies are the best since they have a lot of nutrients that the body requires.

Half cooked vegestables are far healthier to eat than fully cooked ones. Half cooked vaggies are crunchier and you can still enjoy its original taste than those of fully cooked

I think it's preference texture wise. Steaming veggies leaves many nutrients intact that other methods cook out and it is easy to steam to the texture you like. I personally like most veggies nice and soft if I cook them and steaming gets them as soft as I like and keeps the flavors. If I want crunch I just eat the veggies raw.

Depends on the vegetables I'll be cooking. For greens, I prefer half cook because if you let it cook more than it supposed to be more nutrients will be lost. For root crops like potatoes and and beetroot, it'll take more time because it will be hard to digest.

I cook mine somewhere between half cooked and fully cooked- probably closer to fully cooked. I just don't like vegetables that appear over-cooked and have no flavor and are mushy.

It's true that nutrients do lessen when you cook vegetables fully that's why I prefer half cooked.

fully cooked. I prefer my vegetables in a mush. Hate the raw or half cooked recipes. Dont care if cooking kills the nutrition value, this is preference.

For me, it depends on the vegetable. I like fully cooked asparagus, fresh green beans, and mushrooms. If I am cooking broccoli or cauliflower, I prefer to steam it or boil it so it doesn't end up soggy, just cooked. When it comes to canned goods, I just boil it as well. To each their own.
