I really love eating Italian and Korean cuisine. I would like to try and explore more of Arabian cuisine as well.

I decided to borrow a bit from the Asians, that is the Chinese and Koreans. Lots of fresh vegetables with starchy rice and meat cut into bite sizes. Bowls of stock.

I grew up in an American family where we didn't have a lot of mixed-up dishes. Meat, veggie, and potato - normally all separate and not a lot of seasonings - which is good because then you can taste the food. We had chili and soup and tater tot hot dish and tuna casserole, but not that often. So, I was always leery of food being all mixed up until....a friend, out of the blue one night, brought me Chinese food from a local restaurant. I didn't want to not eat because I felt that was rude, so I tried it and I absolutely fell in love with it! I think it was just like beef & broccoli or something, but it was so good. I've eaten there many times since and and at home I have tried not only every jarred Oriental sauce in the grocery stores, but also using my own spices and I can never get it as good. I even bought all the oils, and the five spice blend, and it is never as good. I even have a Betty Crocker Leeann Chin cookbook and so far, nothing that I'm happy with. I recently bought some star anise so I'm hoping that will do the trick.

My husband and I have been in Palestine for the last year getting our Master's. Our landlords have continually given us homemade recipes for us to try. Over the year we have integrated the recipes into our repritoire. We absolutely love it! If there was a country I would travel just to try the food, it would be Italy and Japan.

I've adopted the Indian and mexican style of cooking because I absolutely love curry and I love spicy food. Takari and Tacos are delicious

I love trying cuisines from different cultures. However, I love Japanese cuisine. This is definitely one cuisine I want to adopt. Every dish they cook appeals to me.

If I can, I would like to fuse Indian and Korean cuisine. Korean food is super delicious. In fact, I would love to fuse Mexican or any South American cuisine. The taste is very similar to Indian cuisine.

Korean cuisine has had a huge impact on our country. As a result, we're trying a lot of different things simply to feel like we're in the same boat as the Koreans. Kimchi, bibimbap, grilled porks, and even their drinks left a lasting impression on us. Hence, we now have a lot of Filipino-Korean meals, which is great.
