Coconut Beef Stew

COCONUT BEEF STEW RECIPES:
1. Beef( cut in chunks)
2. Tomato paste
3. Onion
4. Coconut milk
5. Fresh pepper
6. Ginger
7. Garlic
8. Thyme
9. Curry
10.Knorr/maggi
11.Flour/corn flour( handful)
12.Soy sauce
13.Carrot
14.Spring onion
15.Yellow pepper
16.Red pepper
PREPARATION: wash your beef very well, cut in chunks, put in a plate, season with knorr, thyme,curry, soy sauce, mix very well, in anoda bowl, pour d flour, drop few water inside d flour to make it paste, now pour d spiced beef inside it n mix well, keep in d fridge for 1hr, in a pot add oil, fry Ur onion. Add Ur tomatoes paste, fry very well until it dries very well, now pour d mixed beef inside d pot, keep on stiring until d beef is almost done, now add Ur coconut milk, blend Ur fresh pepper, ginger n garlic, pour inside d pot, add Ur knorr cubes n salt,cover d pot n let it cook for 10mns, wash n dice Ur veggies, pour inside d pot stir n allow to simmer for just 2 mns, bring down... Its ready serve with Turmeric rice/ plain white rice

This sounds really good. I never thought to pair coconut with beef.

Your recipe sounds delicious! I have eaten coconut shrimp, but have never had coconut with beef. Thank you for taking the time to enter the full recipe to share with us!

I tried a beef coconut curry before and it was delicious. I will definitely try this stew later. It sounds delicious.

Thanks for the recipe. I'll try it for sure. I don't eat beef but I'll substitute with some other meat probably. Great recipe.
