In my family, we normally show the kids that veggies are good by letting them see us eat our vegetables. That works for us.

you can add flavour to it, or slice them very thinly and add different types with chicken and cheese and cook them like pancakes

Just show the example. Eat them yourself and make them delicious. For instance, I love veggies baked in an oven with a bit of olive oil and spices.

Normally kids would resist the routine food items and vegetables are no exception. So we have to add some sauce or tangy thing to the vegetables so that children relish it with interest.

Make it fun and colorful! Try mixing it together with something she already likes or offering the food she likes to her as a reward!

You should try putting it in other foods. Like rice mix the veggies and rice so it is like one meal.

I don't have any kids yet. But I have many nieces and nephews. First thing is you have to eat veggies. Don't make a big deal about eating veggies. No making faces if they don't like anything; it might be someone's favorite food. We have a rule that everyone should taste everything at the table. At least one bite. They can take a second helping if they like it. I have noticed that if I let the kids alone they will start emulating me in eating veggies. So, it's quite fun to see them imitating me.

My children liked dipping raw vegetables in ranch dressing. They would eat carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers. Eventually they were ready to eat garden salads on a consistent basis.

I don't have kids, but I've seen it both on YouTube and Instagram. If you want to get a baby to eat veggies, you'll have to make it into a porridge. You can blend it up, and add some bananas and milk or sweetened yoghurt.

Having something better for them after they are done eating or promise them an activity they love doing. Just think i would do this, I haven't been in such a situation.

Nothing worked for me and I really tried. We found the ones she liked like cucumbers, avocado and corn on the cob. We stuck to that.
