I'd probably rate myself a 6-a little above average, but not much. I like exploring new recipes and most things turn out pretty tasty.

I can definitely give myself a 10 because I really love cooking and everyone that has ever tasted a dish by always say it's mouth watering.

I'd say 8 for skill and enthusiasm for cooking. 3 for enthusiasm for washing up after.

My skill has certainly improved over the years. I'm probably about an eight or so. My interest is about a ten though!

My interest is about an 8. I've been teaching myself to cook the past two years since I read Micheal Pollan's books about how bad processed food is for us. My skills are probably still about a 6 but I'm improving.

Honestly, I will settle for a 7 because enjoy cooking so much and watching my food being enjoyed by others.

I think I'm a 6 I cook pretty well and when I try foreign recipes they come out okay. I like mixing food groups in the kitchen and finding out how they will turn out. Cooking is an art I like to try all the time.

I have to give myself a nice big 8. I've got all the basics and even some fancy training, cake decorating and plant based cooking. There is always room to learn more though and I would give myself a 9 but for the last ten years I can't seem to get a batch of brownies to come out right :/

I used to consider myself a nice 8, thanks to my dad who has always been an excellent cook and passed over all his secrets. But time is not really on my side so I forgot even the basics and fell down to a miserable 6.
