How to prepare potato casserole
POTATO CASSEROLE
( Simple and easy method)
RECIPE:-
1. 4 medium sized Irish potatoes
2. 4 eggs
3. Chilli pepper
4. 1 medium sized green onion
5. 1/2 cup milk and Water mixture
6. 1/2 tsp salt
7. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
8. Garlic and turmeric ( optional)
9. Scotch bonnet Pepper (optional)
PROCEDURE:-
1. Dice green pepper, chilli pepper, garlic, onion and potatoes and set aside
2. Place potatoes and Water in a microwave safe dish, cover and microwave on high for 7min or until tender, drain and set aside. Alternatively, you could steam the chopped irish potatoes for about 5min and drain then set aside.
3. Beat the eggs well, add the milk mixture, salt and flour, mix properly (to remove lumps).
4. Gently add the vegetables and potatoes to the egg mixture and stir well to incorporate.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased oven proofed pan or dish and place in the oven.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 degree for 30-40min or until centre is set and firm .
Serve with any drink of choice. E.g. hot/cold chocolate tea, creamed/black coffee or even natural juice. Your choice.
