A few questions:

How much is a pinch of Knorr bouillon cubes? How many crayfish? (Use enough crayfish and leave out the liver and kidney sounds tasty too) How much of other ingredients that have no amount? Finally how much liver and kidneys?

I've actually cooked kidneys, hard to find these days my neck of the woods. Sounds interesting, why do you call it a sauce?

Interesting! I haven't tried cooking liver with curry powder. I always cooked them Adobo style. Cooked in soysauce and vinegar. Will try this recipe soon! Thank you!

Does this taste strong? Just wondering if it tastes of offal (I'd be happy to eat it, but my partner won't.)
