Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I never had them as a kid and considered them gross. Puerto Ricans don't eat peanut butter and jelly sandwichs. But when I moved here I ate one as a dare and fell in love.

With crackers, it's always cheddar. Also love it on burgers instead of American (though American is still good - just not that pasteurized processed cheese food stuff). Mozzarella rules for pizza. I love Parmesan with pasta. Provolone is great for sandwiches.
