Neither. Guess that's why losing weight is difficult. I however know that to get the best results, you need to combine both. God knows either is tough, appetite won't help me follow any diet, laziness and weight would hinder any effort I make to exercise. Am I alone?

I guess both, but for me I think I need to try dieting since I am already active but I tend to eat a lot.

Exercising of course. Why should I starve myself. With adequate exercise you can eat almost anything, and of course it keeps you physically and mentally fit.

Both! Eating well is so filling, and super tasty. I follow a eating pattern that mimicks Dr. Price's findings and I love it. Exercise is fun when you make it fun. I dance, walk, jog, sprint, run, listen to music, and all that jazz. I also do bodyweight training, HIIT, etc. There's so many things to choose from and the benefits are worth it!

Definitely exercising. I am just not ok with the idea that I can't eat something I want because it'll make me fat... I think food exists so we can norish ourselves and enjoy it. And, exercise makes you feel great, even if it is hard to get going in the beginning.

You're right there. There should be a balance because dieting and exercise are necessary for a healthy living.

Exercise all the way. I like food too much to restrict myself, but I do agree with what many have posted that there should be some balance with exercise and healthy eating habits.

I would say as many others have. It should be made up of a little of both. Good Food, Good Activity ...honestly sometimes I am just lazy and I really am quite publically shy and get anxiety just looking in to a gym window (not the hard work of exercise but my blubber bouncing next to the pretty slim gal next to me :P) So I try and walk a lot on my own and for days I don't feel like being around people, I use the Wii console with the Wii-fit game.

I prefer exercise, I can never seem to stay to a diet so exercise is better. I do think both together would be best though.

I myself find dieting (not extreme) but sensible dieting easier than the exercise, I agree with you there has to be a balance of both I've actually discovered I really enjoy the challenge of cooking healthier.

I lost 10 kilos with exercise and healthy eating. If you combine both will be easier but honestly I prefer dietary.
