I do both. I love jumping rope, HIIT, Pilates, and resistance training. I've been eating a really healthy lately and I enjoy it. I don't believe in "diets". I believe in lifestyle.

Both of them, balance diet and exercise. I make sure I take the nutritious food and exercise for me to move quickly.

I agree. A balance between the two is best. I recently discovered the mini-fast diet where you fast for 16 hours and then eat for 8 (just lunch and dinner). Most of the fasting is done while you're sleeping, which is a plus. The downside is that you have to skip breakfast and only consume water, coffee, or tea til noon. It's actually not as hard as I thought! I have a new appreciation for food and savor it more, that's for sure. Throw in a morning workout of 30-45 min and that's it. I'll let you know if I lose weight on this. I'm mostly doing it for the cleansing and health benefits though. Blessings!

I prefer exercising much more than dieting even though i know they both work hand in hand. I love to exercise because it gives me time to let everything out and just be me.

A combination of both. Take care of your body from the inside out.

I am terrible at dieting. To tell you the truth, I hate it. I like eating whatever I want whenever I want. Therefore, I prefer exercising. I jump the rope and go jogging once a week to keep myself healthy.

I agree with finding balance between the two. However, I prefer exercising just because I feel like it caters to long term goals & is easier to stay consistent with.

I have always been an active person. I played college soccer and got used to being able to eat whatever I wanted because of the high caloric burn with the high intensity daily exercise. So it is just easier for me to maintain intense daily exercise than count calories - though as I get older I am trying to make healthier choices.

I think it is a balance of both. I lost 70 pounds by working out, running and eating extremely healthy. However, I know people who have lost weight just by eating healthy.

I think I agree with Keri on this one. Eat all the way and do some exercise.
