Honestly I do both if you are health conscious you have become choosy of what food to take and you will have a regular exercise but before doing so you have to consult the doctor first.

well i agree with you it should be balance diet and exercise. but nowadays specially to working ladies like me. its hard to maintain the exercise cause i get really tired when i get home. so its easily for me to just cut the food im eating than to exercise. having a healthy meal that has fruits and veggies. and stop the restaurant foods.

I prefer dieting, because exercise without it is almost useless.

There should be balance between both cause excess of either can cause irreversible damage.

I'm taking care of my diet first. Eating healthier and eating into small work out routines I think I are key. Big changes I feel are sporadic and only last for short spurts.

Dieting and exercise go hand in hand. I won't prefer one to the other. In fact, both of them are part of my routine.

I find balance between dieting and exercise. I try to avoid eating unhealthy food and workout at least 5 times per week.

I prefer dieting. It is easier to do and convenient. Although, I have recently began incorporating little amounts of exercise about 3times weekly. It's better than none.
