I would prefer to exercise cause dieting is not my cup of tea. But you kinda need to do both otherwise it just makes exercising even harder without diet.
Imagine if we had no secrets, no respite from the truth. What if everything was laid bare the moment, we introduced ourselves?

These days people have become so busy that they don't pay much attention towards their health. They are getting fat as a result. Some people do extreme diet to lose weight and sone opt for heavy exercises. According to me there should be a balance of both diet and exercise.
What do you think about this?
definitely, to have the best life you should do both and add healthy food to the mix, then you will have the perfect recipe, you can cheat occasionaly

Can I say none?
I love food too much 🥺 and I feel like my daily activities are enough exercise for me. I also have a high metabolic rate, so I lose fat easily.

I love eating so dieting is a no-no for me instead I would exercise to burn my calories. Also, it's better to change your food maybe go for a healthier version of whatever you are eating. That is way better than dieting I believe.

I would never go for dieting. It is preferable to burn than not to eat or rather restrict yourself to eat something. Moreover, exercising helps to keep your whole body in a proper order. So its always exercising for me.

If I had to choose between dieting and exercise, I would have to choose exercise. Neither are enjoyable!

Personally I believe dieting is more effective. Exercising without dieting does not make much difference, but dieting alone can be very effective. Although exercising generally is very good for health.

Ideally, I would choose neither. If I had to choose, I'd say exercise. There are so many types of exercise to choose from, there is bound to be one that is enjoyable. Ideally, one should also follow a healthy diet/way of eating in addition to doing enough exercise to maintain a healthy body.

Although exercise is physically demanding, it provides numerous health benefits. But, make sure that you combine exercise with a healthy diet so that every sweat is worthwhile. Hence, by mixing the two, you can see tangible results from your efforts.

I prefer dieting. It s easier for me. I already do enough exercise at work. It isn't easy to do more than that.

Exercise. Dieting is hard. It requires great determination and discipline to stick to a diet and sacrifice most of what you're used to eating for so long.

I prefer both, balancing exercise and dieting keeps me healthy. But sometimes I don't follow dieting constantly, usually I loves to eat a lot.

Of course, balance is the key. But If I had to choose to either diet or workout I would definitely choose exercises. Sports have great benefits to our heath.
