I don't prefer exercise but rather am forced to because that is the only option that I have based on my circumstance .

That's correct. Dieting is not enough. There's a need for exercise for a healthy body. Healthy body is a healthy stomach too. Healthy stomach lead to a healthy metabolism.

I prefer to exercise, but the way my body is set up, if I do not eat well, my exercising is in vain! It's unfortunate because I am a foodie and just love munching on snacks.

I wouldn't say dieting but clean eating. Dieting to me always means you have to deprive yourself on something. Clean eating means no fillers and preservatives. Also, I try to get my veggies and fruit in as well. The food has nutrients that you need. Exercise is important. But if you don't eat right you will not have the energy you need to exercise.

I prefer exercising out of the two because exercising makes me stronger and happier than dieting. Many enjoyable foods are still on the menu if you exercise, and there are amazing recipes that help with muscle gain as you exercise!

I eat what I want and exercise regularly. Granted, it is too much sweets at times, but otherwise my diet is pretty healthy so I don't care. Balancing food that is healthy for you and exercise is always best for your health. I do think that food always needs to be the food you like. Otherwise you won't be able to eat it for long. Or enjoy it.

A good dieting is better than exercising. Foods when eat in the right amount and chosen wisely is far better than having exercise

I think the "right" answer here is to agree with you and acknowledge you should have a balance of the two.

If I were forced to chose, however, I'd pick exercise.

1) I love food too much to cut it out forever
2) Stationary bike/elliptical is a GREAT time to read!
3) Running clears my mind!

Exercising and eating reasonably healthy. That would be ideal. Dieting means to me restrictions and hunger and denying yourself and it usually does not work and affects the quality of life negatively.

Sacrificing my love for food is impossible. Sure I think both goo hand in hand, and one without the other is limiting.

But come on.

Food.

So yes, definitely exercise.
And in the end, we were all just humans... Drunk on the idea that love, only love, could heal our brokenness.

I actually rather a combination of the two. If I absolutely had to choose I would say exercise, just for that lovely rush of endorphins !
