I am more of a savory winter/fall sort of cook. I need to work more on my summer fare repertoire. I am building my list of quick, healthy, yummy summer favorites using Pintrest as we speak.
I think I may even give baking a go this fall when the weather is more conducive to using the oven and I feel more comfortable giving baking a try. I once heard a famous TV host and chef say one is either a good cook or a good baker but one cannot be both. My Great Aunt (rest her soul) would say poppy cock! Time to gather those baking recipes too.
