Two soft-boiled eggs + a slice of toast or oatmeal or brown rice. Simple and healthy.

I could eat a more substantial breakfast, but I'm not often very hungry in the morning. The majority of the food I eat daily is consumed in the late afternoon to early evening.

I tend to go heavy on the proteins in the morning alongside some healthy carbs and juice or natural yogurt.

I love my oatmeal. I love a cinnamon and apple oatmeal but that’s only because that’s what I usually have. I would be open to others too.

I think the best would be a whole wheat toast, diced eggs, diced bananas and Greek yoghurt.

I am a fitness beginner and I think oatmeal with fruits is good. Smoothies are also a good breakfast.

An oatmeal for sure. Smoothies are nice too. Some fruits and milk. You can juggle between these on alternate mornings.

I am not much of a fitness person, but I'll say oats, bananas, eggs for breakfast will be nutritious and not heavy.

For fitness beginners, I know breakfast is a source of energy but in order to ease weight loss, one should take some carbohydrates and more proteins. For instance, you can have milk, eggs and sandwich or any meal but make sure you don't forget to put proteins in plenty.

Oats or muesli. Then a poached or boiled egg on toast. A banana to top it off.

It can really Cary depending on your own needs or the activities that you want to tackle that day. But the fool proof way of having a nutritious and delicious breakfast would be to include as much fresh fruits and vegetables for vitamins and minerals, a healthy serving of non-processed carbs, a source of protein and fibre (although if there are enough fruits and vegetables, then that really provides all the fibre you need) . With lots of water for hydration ofcourse :D
