Use a cupcake/muffin tin (big or little) and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray. Then, pour carton egg whites into each tin (about half way full) and add whatever veggies and/or proteins you would like! Cook for 20 min at 400 degrees. I love some cheddar and broccoli! Store them in the fridge and heat up as needed.

I've never tried slimfast because it's expensive in Trinidad, but i do my own blend of yogurt, fruits and low fat milk. And some hard boiled eggs on the side.

Some milk and a few bananas is what I usually go for.

Eggs and fruit. The eggs are a great source of protein that will keep you going all day and help repair your muscles after working out. Bananas are a great source of potassium that will help prevent muscle cramps. I would add healthy carbs if you are doing a lot of cardio, but weight lifting is what will give you the best fitness results.

Breakfast is a rarity with my helter-skelter schedule, so I often prepare overnight oats and freeze my fruits in an ice-creamish mix. My workout shake is a blend of cinnamon, chia, bananas, blueberries, peanut butter, whey protein, amino acids, soy, cane juice, nutmeg and honey, prepared and frozen as well. I generally only have time for tea, eggs (boiled or fried) and once every now and then pancakes as hot food. I carry veggies, peanuts and almonds, tuna sandwiches or some other such snack for lunch, which often tides me over until dinner.
And in the end, we were all just humans... Drunk on the idea that love, only love, could heal our brokenness.

I love spinach eggs- basically 2 eggs, onions, mushrooms and 1 tsp milk beaten and fried omlet style. I have that with oatmeal around 7am and it keeps me filled until 10 when I have a fruit.

Sounds delicious! I got slimfast at decent prices from Hilo in the 90s. Guess that’s no longer an option
