Where can I get some free ebook/PDF/cooking books? Just starting my adventure in the culinary field; and wanted to cook more that just what is provided in my texts books.

I don't think you'll find much luck on this site. This site is more for publishers who want to put their literary work out there.

If you want to learn about traditional cooking for optimal health, check out Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon and Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston A. Price. I was able to score some free cookbooks on my kindle. Go to amazon and search for “free cookbooks”. You should be able to download them onto your e-reader or computer! Good luck!
