Does anyone know of a great IP recipe book? I just received mine for Christmas and I'd like to make more delicious meals!

Just bought three from Amazon!

I love:
Hip Pressure Cooking by Laura Pazzaglia
and
Instant Pot by Laurel Randolph

Let me know what you think! You can always take them out of the library prior to buying - that's what I do to make sure i like them!

Thank you! I have requested them from the library. I've been googling recipes or using This Old Gal but I just want a recipe, not a blog post!

Ohhhh. I just saw this thread after starting a new pressure cooker thread. Looks like I'm not the only one here with a pressure cooker...however I don't have that brand.

There are so many instant pot recipes on YouTube. My favorite is any recipe that includes potato and chicken.
