Today I cooked braised pork belly. The dish took a long time with many adjustments of seasoning, but the taste was so worth the effort!

No baking, I cooked a delicious meal with the following:
Pasta strips for lasagne
Salmon
Cream
Courgettes
Grated cheese

The idea is to put down a layer of courgettes, then the pasta, then the salmon and top with cream and cheese. Then you start all over again until you've used all your ingredients. It goes into the oven for about 30 minutes and makes a delicios and healthy sort of lasagne. Enjoy!

Sounds delicious. Using salmon is interesting for what seems to be a pasta dish. Have to try it.

I used leftover roast beef to make a pot of chili. I like to add smoked paprika and cocoa powder to give the flavor more depth.

what I loved to do is cooking, and right now Im gonna teach you how to cook adobo. "adobo" comes from the word adobar which means to marinate. there are two main ingredients in adobo. it can be chicken or pork adobo, cooking adobo is very simple. ok first prepares all the ingredients; pork or chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, bay leaf, black pepper, water. so mix all that and cooked ,until the pork is tender and its all done.
