I made some mashed potato with sweet corn, do you think that would go well with pasta?
if it was me I would add some kind of protein to it cause potatoes are carbs and so is the pasta, you need some protein

It's been a long time since I've had tofu. This is like a special reminder for me to get some asap. Thanks

Trust me, chocolate cake has a tendency to cause many many relapses. All the best on your healthier path. It's an inspiration for me.

A weird combination yes, but it's absolutely delicious🙌

I made an indigenous Nigerian dish called jollof rice. It’s basically rice cooked in a rich and tasty tomato/pepper base. It’s super delicious!

I baked Egg buns yesterday. It was really nice.
The ingredients I used were: flour, baking powder, boiled eggs, butter and some nutmeg.

Beef stew. The temperatures have finally cooled enough that this seemed like the perfect choice. I'm big on seasoning but don't ask me what I add because I don't write it down. It's different every time. I do know that if you want a really good stew, brown the meat in a skillet first and then slow cook it for at least six hours. The meat will be tender and delicious.

So far I’ve made eggs and sausage for breakfast. For dinner I’ll be making a spaghetti and meat sauce! It’ll be a little spicy and finished with Parmesan cheese and fresh oregano and basil from my garden.
