For today, I felt that I should treat my family to a cake. In my preparation, I first added flour in a bowl. I then added salt, sugar and baking powder. From there,I added preservatives and nutmeg. I then mixed the dough by cutting and pasting. Finally, I placed the dough in my oven. When my cake was ready and I had a taste, it was so delicious.

When someone asked me, what is your specialty in cooking? I always said it depends upon the event/occasion. But I think if you will ask me today what I am going to cook? Probably my answer is... SPAGHETTI! Why? Because I think you can eat spaghetti at any time,it could be for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even in midnight snacks. It can be also serve from any occasions, like birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries.

Today I made some pasta with a garlic butter sauce. I also used rosemary, thyme, and some mozzarella cheese. It was really good and I plan on taking some leftovers with me to work tomorrow!

Today, I cooked some stir-fried garlicky cabbage with teriyaki chicken. Those were simple dishes and didn't take me long to prepare, but they sure were delicious!

I tried something new! I do not cook regularly but this was amazing, Steak Fideo! Angel hair pasta, red and yellow bell peppers, carrots, onions, cilantro, garlic, coriander, cumin, chicken broth, green onions, fire roasted tomatoes with green chilies and chojita cheese. You can use chicken if you desire. It sounds like a lot.. but I promise, with every bite you will be tasting something different! I used prime rib the last time. Delish!
