I made nothing today except an order for dinner. But we are having Cavatelli, so it's good at least.

Currently baking a vegan, gluten-free cake as a tester for my daughter's birthday party next week. Between my husband's family and mine we have managed to hit all top 9 most common food allergies, and then a few extra, so menu planning around events is always interesting!

I'm excited to be trying a new recipe today. Leeks and sweet potato soup, using toasted french bread to dip. I modified the recipe adding fresh chives, cilantro, salt, carrots and potatoes. It turned out fantastic !
