Most people claim baking to be therapeutic. Personally, I haven't tried it yet, but am very much interested.

I cheated. I took the car out to a drive thru line, spoke to the cashier through a microphone, ordered a pepperoni pizza and bowl of chicken soup. It was fantastic, tasted great, hot, fresh, and I didn't have to cook.

I tried a home-made pan pizza with only 4 ingredients and it was a success. Side note: I've never success when it came to anything involving dough. 🍕🍕🍕

Fried Rice. Made the river in a rice cooker yesterday. Refrigerated the rice until today because child rice always makes better fried rice. Used the wok to prepare all the fixings before adding that cold rice. Poured in extra helpings of soy sauce and wok'd until brown.

Assalam O Alaikum,

Today I will make fry fish. This is my favourite dish. Now I am sharing with you a very easy recipe of fry fish.

1 kilograms chopped, washed & dried fish
3 teaspoon powdered turmeric
2 teaspoon crushed to paste ginger
2 teaspoon yoghurt (curd)
3 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon garlic paste

Take a tray and marinate with yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric and salt. If you want it to be spicier and more flavorful, add finely chopped green chilies along with some finely chopped coriander leaves. Although, this will slightly change the traditional fish fry but at the same time it will enhance the flavor. Add all the ingredients (except the oil) to the fish and mix well. Let stand for half an hour.

Now heat the oil in a deep frying pan to fry the pieces of fish one by one, keeping the flame low. Drain the pieces of fried fish and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Serve the Fish Fry hot with green chutney and onion rings. You can also serve it with mustard sauce or any dip!

I had just finished making a muffin. After a month of working and studying, this was my first baking session. It's also worth mentioning that it's a big hit to my grandmother.
