OMG!! I am back with this latest menu I made for dinner. It is truly fantastic!!! You will need a Crock Pot and about two pounds of beef short ribs. You slice up 2 large onions like Vidalia or Bermuda onions and put them in the bottom of the crock pot. Then you lightly salt and pepper the ribs and braise them in a fry pan. (Braise is to brown the ribs on all sides which takes about 6 minutes and the temperature heat is medium high. When that is done you put the ribs on top of the onions and put the lid on it. The temperature is low for 8 hours but I couldn't wait to eat some because they smell so good and I didn't even put the sauce on them, yet.! So around 6 hours I stated making the sauce. You put these ingredients in a saucepan over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
3/4 cup apricot preserves
2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons ground mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

ENJOY !!!!!!! :P

I made some toast with cookie butter! It is so tasty! It is nut and dairy free so I use it often to spread on toast, caupcakes, muffins, or use it as a dip with crackers.

I love the chicken burger idea!! I made brownies yesterday in my roaster oven. It's a new experience/experiment for me. We've had a lot of heat and humidity here, and the roaster doesn't heat up the house. So, I've tried zucchini bread (fail) and banana bread (good!!) and now brownies, which also turned out. Cooking is one of the things I can do... and :techie-reference:

I made Raddish balls today with boiled rice. Its really yummy and can be prepared quickly and economically.
Ingredients
Chicken pea flour 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Raddish 4 medium sized (Crushed )
Procedure
Add salt, red chilli, tumeric and oregano according to taste in crushed Raddish. Mix 6 tsp chicken pea flour into it. Mix whole ingredients well.
Next start making balls of mixed paste.
Put a fry pan on stove and add remaining oil. Cover each ball with coat of chicken pea flour and put in in pan. When one side turns golden brown turn it to other side. Cook all and serve with yougart (mixed with mint).
Note:
Cook on medium flame.
Before adding spices, press hard crushed raddish to remove extra water.
