1 bottle (12 oz.) chili sauce
3/4 cup apricot preserves
2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons ground mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

Ingredients used for Pizza dough
Plain flour 4 cups
Water as required
Oil 4 tablespoon
Instant Yeast (1 sachet)
Mixed all untill it transformed into smooth paste neither too hard nor very soft. The covered the bowel with special paper properly and put it for 4 hours.
Ingredients for pizza
Pizza sauce 3 tsp
Red and green chilli 2 cut into very thin pieces
Chicken boiled in smaller pieces 1 cup
Capsicum and tomato 1 each cutt in small pieces
Cheese Mozerella and cheddar (small cup)
Black olives 6-7
Procedure
First put dough material in a non sticky pan and spread it smoothly with hand.
Next spread pizza sauce over it evenly.
Then spread mozerella cheez and over that put tomato, capsicum, chicken pieces, red and green chilli. Then again add cheeese according to taste. And finally garnish it with onion, tomato, and black olives.
Now put pan on very slow heat for 15 minutes. Cover the pan properly.
Within 15 min, pizza is ready. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
Chicken pea flour 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Raddish 4 medium sized (Crushed )
Procedure
Add salt, red chilli, tumeric and oregano according to taste in crushed Raddish. Mix 6 tsp chicken pea flour into it. Mix whole ingredients well.
Next start making balls of mixed paste.
Put a fry pan on stove and add remaining oil. Cover each ball with coat of chicken pea flour and put in in pan. When one side turns golden brown turn it to other side. Cook all and serve with yougart (mixed with mint).
Note:
Cook on medium flame.
Before adding spices, press hard crushed raddish to remove extra water.
