Took 4 high quality chicken, fried them in desi ghee, added my hand blended spices and once the chicken was tender, i took it out and set aside.
Now added onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and green chillies to the same pan cooked them on high heat for about 15 minutes.
Added the fried chicken to the tomatoes mixture and simmered everything on low flame for another 5 minutes! Voila chicken karahi is ready to serve.
I served with naan and fresh salad with yogurt mint chatni!
Garnished chicken karahi with coriander leaves, julienne cut ginger and some chopped green chillies.

ingredients
Wheat flour
1 litre Milk
1/2 glass Sugar
Carol
1/2 lemon
1 carrot
5 Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 teaspoon blue band
HOW TO MIX
- put milk in a basin, mix with sugar, then blueband, grid the lemon and carrot using a blender then add in the milk,add cinnamon, add the eggs, then stur gently. add flour the mix (clockwise) until it becomes firm.after it is ready put it in a different basin and cover it using a lid for 5 minutes. then cut into small pieces, heat your cooking fat until it becomes ready. than cook your mandazi until their are ready to be served

How did you make yours? I made something very similar (lentil dhal with roti bread and paneer cheese), and it turned out lovely.
Ever since I started buying dry lentils and letting them boil over for around 90 minutes, maybe with a little mashing, they've become so much more delicious.
If you want to try roti/chapati, it's very easy. Flour and water, knead until it gets to that nice, non-sticky stage, then break up into small pieces which are rolled out, sprinkled with whatever flavourings you desire, and heated in a dry pan. You don't need to fry them, just let them lie in a hot pan and flip them every now and then until you're happy. They won't burn as long as you keep an eye on them. If you get them thin enough, they might kinda balloon up whilst cooking, which is a good sign (this freaked me out tremendously at first).
