At the end I ate my food, washed it down with some green tea and I enjoyed it❤❤❤

Thank you for the tips, I'll try roti/chapati next weekend. The problem with the lentil dish was that it incorporated garlic and yogurt with the lentils. The yogurt didn't dissolve smoothly...almost like it curdled. If you want to try roti/chapati, it's very easy. Flour and water, knead until it gets to that nice, non-sticky stage, then break up into small pieces which are rolled out, sprinkled with whatever flavourings you desire, and heated in a dry pan. You don't need to fry them, just let them lie in a hot pan and flip them every now and then until you're happy. They won't burn as long as you keep an eye on them. If you get them thin enough, they might kinda balloon up whilst cooking, which is a good sign (this freaked me out tremendously at first).

1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1 box lemon cake mix
1 cup powdered sugar
1. Cream butter and cream cheese with mixer. Add egg, lemon juice and lemon zest; mix until combined on low. Add the lemon cake mix in three parts mixing until combined after each part.
2. Refrigate dough for 2 hours.
3. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll through the powdered sugar. Place on cookie sheets covered with parchment paper.
4. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool for two minutes and remove to cookie cooling racks. When fully cool dusts with more powdered sugar.

I love cooking . But not in summers .The weather gets really hot here . So not easy to stand in kitchen for hours . Mosly i love baking and love to try new recepies . And desi food too . Desi means the traditional Pakistani food . Further i am seeking to cook something special and save it for the month of ramadan . As it's near .
