After a ton of experimenting, I finally managed to make a decent pan pizza from scratch. So far I've had difficulty getting the dough to cook through without burning, but on a low heat with a lid on the pan, it worked out great!

I baked homemade Danish Wedding Cookies. They turned out perfectly, and my husband loves them.

Danish Wedding Cookies

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
1/8 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Finley Chopped pecans
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted & Divided
1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Combine flour and cinnamon in a large, mixing bowl. Add softened butter, pecans, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stil until well blended. The batter will be thick.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.

Remove cookies and transfer to wire rack to slightly cool.

After about 2 minutes, roll the cookies in powdered sugar. Viola!

Booky_BettyC wrote: 10 Jul 2016, 00:41 Thank you! The last time I made them I put green onion, feta, spinach, and garlic in a food processor to make a paste. Then added it to the chicken. I then add one egg for a litte bit more structure when they cook. Add a piece of havardi cheese smack dab in the middle of the meat and then you have one amazing burger! So delicious and juicy. I've also used mushrooms and baby bell peppers. Everything is optional pretty much. I also may add some BBQ sauce and ketchup or just season with basil and thyme. I'm not one to write down recipes or strictly follow them, so I'm sorry if you were looking for specific amounts. Like a blank canvas is to a painter, cooking is exactly that for me!?

Sometimes I make all different kinds and just freeze them not knowing what kind they are. Surprise chicken burger everytime lol
Oh my! Now I'm literally salivating. I'm going to try it out, or else I'll start dreaming of burger, juicy, mouth watering, rich, spicy chicken burger
