Danish Wedding Cookies
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
1/8 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Finley Chopped pecans
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted & Divided
1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Combine flour and cinnamon in a large, mixing bowl. Add softened butter, pecans, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stil until well blended. The batter will be thick.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
Remove cookies and transfer to wire rack to slightly cool.
After about 2 minutes, roll the cookies in powdered sugar. Viola!

Oh my! Now I'm literally salivating. Sometimes I make all different kinds and just freeze them not knowing what kind they are. Surprise chicken burger everytime lol
