Danish Wedding Cookies

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
1/8 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Finley Chopped pecans
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar, sifted & Divided
1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Combine flour and cinnamon in a large, mixing bowl. Add softened butter, pecans, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stil until well blended. The batter will be thick.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.

Remove cookies and transfer to wire rack to slightly cool.

After about 2 minutes, roll the cookies in powdered sugar. Viola!
Thank you so much for this recipe I wrote it down in the notebook I keep for important stuff immediately. Thank u soo much. My roommate will love me for this.

Today I made hot wings! I coated the uncooked wings with melted butter then put them in the frier for about 6-8 minutes or until they float to the top. While I waited for them to cook, I made the hot sauce. I used Franks hots sauce and melted butter into it, to dilute some of the spiciness. I taste the sauce as I go and keep adding butter until the sauce is to my liking. ( you can add more seasoning if you want) After they are done frying, I put them on a rack to cool a little then add the sauce. After that I stick them into the oven at 400 degrees and let them cook in there for about 4-6ish minutes to make them a little crispy.

Well, not really today but yesterday I cooked steamed rice with pork toppings. I seasoned the plain rice first to add flavor then cooked the pork toppings. Instead of having the pork (diced) in the middle of cooking, I deep fried it first for about 2 mins with coated with cornstarch. After frying set aside then start cooking the sauce of the toppings, seasoned it with soy sauce and spices, add the pork then pour a cornstarch mixed with water to add consistency. Remember not to add the cornstarch yet, not until it is boiling because it might give a cloudy appearance to your toppings. Lastly I added, sesame oil and green peas.

Serving suggestion:
Put the rice into the bowl about 3/4 of the bowl then the remaining space will be for the toppings.

Tip:
For best experience, try mixing it all first before you start eating.

Enjoy!!

Spaghetti with garlic/herb tomato sauce, tabasco sauce (dashes), red pepper flakes, black pepper, crumbled feta cheese, and white albacore tuna topped with parmesan cheese.

Don't knock it till you've tried it.

Not today, but I made Italian buttercream. Sooo much better than American buttercream!

I've also been making hot salads a lot recently. Yummy.
