I am Kenya we have variety of traditional food like Ugali a dish made of maize flour, Githeri made up of corn and any type of beans, chapati soft and layered flatbreads, Mukimo which is a tasty staple food cooked by mashing green peas, potatoes, maize, and pumpkin leaves or spinach leaves altogether and many others.

Well, I'm in Texas, USA, so I suppose barbecue would be it. People here are really specific on just how to cook the meat so it's tender, and there are so many varieties of barbecue sauces.
I know people in other places think it's really weird but for breakfast we love to have biscuits and gravy. Just soft, buttery biscuits swimming in a pool of gravy. I'm hungry just thinking about it.

I am from Kenya and my best traditional food is called mukimo it's made of lots of potatoes maize, beans and the green leaves that grow from a pumpkin mixed well by matching well enough yummy

I'm from Ghana,and my favourite traditional food is Ampesi made with either boiled yam,plantain or cocoyam and it is with stew

I'm from Philippines, Pork Adobo made with succulent pork belly braised in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and onions. A delicious balance of salty and savory.

I am from Nigeria(west Africa) amala is my traditional food, it made from cassava and yam flour. Amala is the best food in my country people eat it in the morning, afternoon, night. In fact in the wedding ceremony if there is festival in my country amala is general food. People are crazy about eating this ceremony food it easy for infant and old age to eat this because is very soft and eating amala with bean soup called koto is the best in live all foriegnal in my country eate this food and it very easy to made see u need to eat this food, amala with koto is the best for Nigeria pole try it

this we called it “pinakbet” traditional food from philippines the ingredients you use; this ingredients actually use to cook is:
eggplant
squash
string beans
Green beans (monggo)
bitter gourd
salt fish stew (bagoong)
garlics
tomatoes
:D
you can use a lot of vegetables you want
mix it together and enjoy cooking 🥘

In Trinidad and Tobago we have several traditional dishes:

Callaloo ( a type of spinach soup) eaten with rice/ pasta or potatoes

dhalpouri roti and curried/stewed chicken. channa and potato, pumpkin

Crab & dumpling
Bake and shark
Pigeon Peas Pelau

Many Caribbean recipes for these are available via the google search engine.

I'm from Kenya. We have different traditional foods depending on the community you coming from. Ours specifically is 'ugali' made out of maize flour. One can take it with vegetables or meat

I am originally from Nebraska in the US and one of the traditional foods we have there is a runza, or sometimes known as cabbage burgers, or bierocks depending upon the area of the state you are from. A runza is a yeast dough bread pocket with a filling consisting of beef, cabbage, onions, and seasonings.

I am from Enugu state Nigeria, Igbo tribe. The traditional food I love best is Abacha (African salad) garnished with fresh or fried fishes.
