I like swiss cheese melted on a sweet pickle. It has to be good cheese and a quality pickle.

I've known two unrelated people who like peanut butter on raw slices of onion. I think butter or mayo on PB banana sandwiches is yuck but I know plenty that do it. As for an unusual dish, I once had roasted bear with potatoes and carrots, very very tasty. I also enjoy green beans dipped in vanilla ice cream, they rarely make it to the table together but it is worth a taste, especially if the beans were cooked with bacon. Other odd things I've encountered: fried dill pickles (yum),
deep fried Oreo cookies (good but over the top, I got queasy),
green chili ice cream (...idk what to say about that),
bacon flavored beer (yuck),
candied scorpions (no!),
The Turduckin! (A turkey stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with a duck. It just grossed me out)

That sounds yummy. My husband makes these tuna melt things, cracker with tuna, dill pickle and melted swiss. My grandmother used to melt cheddar on slices of apple.

Heavily spiced eggs! Seriously, I have to add a ton of pepper or taco seasoning to eggs.

Darn this thread is making me hungry. And I just had dinner.

Going to get peanut butter now. BTW those first 2 breakfast sound pretty good to me.

I really like peanut butter on pizza. I have even had pizza with peanuts on top as well.

I like a lot of weird seafood like shrimp heads, or crab shell filled with buttery rice. Also, I salt all of my ice cream.

One of my favourite things to eat that my family finds really weird is tuna and fruit cake or scrambled eggs and fruit cake. But in my defense fruit cake is pretty close to bread! Lol

I've never had that but I've tried curry with boiled eggs. It's actually good.

I always used to love ketchup on my scrambled eggs.
And in my mashed potatoes...

I also like syrup on bacon or sausage :shifty:
I love ketchup on scrambled eggs! I also enjoy ketchup in breakfast potatoes. Traditional Filipino breakfast would involve fried rice, fried spam (or some other meat), fried eggs, and ketchup. Gluten-free approved!

I love ramen noodles sans seasoning packet. Instead, I like to add mashed avocado, fried eggs, garlic, onion, tomato, bacon, and a glob of sour cream.

Stinky tofu which a lot of people can't stand as it is so pungent but it is quite tasty.

My Dad is the king of weird food, but I got one from him that I really like. It is tuna salad on white bread covered in cold baked beans & a slice of tomato on top. If I can have this with fresh sweet corn on the cob, I am in heaven.

I love frog with coconut milk, it sounds so disgusting but it taste so good. The frog meat is better than chicken, but I rarely eat that stuff since there were only a few frogs that are edible.
