Well, I totally feel like a black sheep right now.

My first choice is a bottle of red wine! Don't worry, I only take sips (most of the time). I do the majority of my reading at night, in bed, which almost always includes an alcoholic beverage haha.

I usually go for coffee if I read in the mornings. However a morning that is quiet enough for reading in my house is a very rare thing. So usually I curl up with my book and glass of whiskey after the silence has fallen upon us.

For colder climates I would have a cup of hot chocolate with little salt and creamer and I also enjoy chia tea latte, however for warmer climates I enjoy lemonades as well as ice teas.

I enjoy having a paralyzer or a glass of wine at the end of my day with a good book to read in the tub or curled up on the couch.

Sprite Zero if I drink anything at all. At least with Sprite Zero, there are no calories, so I don't feel so guilty for not exercising. I've found that I have trouble reading and exercising at the same time.

I love to have my cup of coffee with lots of cream, or I sometimes make home made hot mocha to drink while I read

That would have to be my personal favorite and go to beverage: Green and raspberry tea by Lipton. Not only is it relaxing to have a cup of tea with you as you read, but it is also a great swap from soda, which I am trying to stop drinking. So it has its advantages!

Usually I just drink water. Reading gets me in the mood for tea though, so if I am lucky enough to be getting some dedicated reading time I always make tea.

Coffee for morning reading sessions; wine for evening reading sessions; and hot cocoa for reading is done during the winter months!

While cooking. I love drinking ice cold tea. I fill the glass with plenty of ice and I love to sip a little at a time. On a very hot day. It is very refreshing while standing over a hot stove or leaning into a furnace oven. Tea simply tastes delicious and heavenly with a twist of lemon on the side.
