I like oatmeal but spicy, so oatmeal with either hot sauce or some kind of seasoning.

I like to make an easy apple tart. You place tinned apples in the pie dish. Then you mix together a small quantity of butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon to form a crumbly mixture, throw this on the apples and bake for about half an hour.

Oatshake, it's super easy, put in your overnight soaked oats in a blender with milk, peanut butter, almonds (if you like) and blend. Super quick and filling. It's one of my go-to meals.
