I find eating while reading distracting and depending on what food it is, it can be hard to juggle both a book and food. I usually take a little break from reading if I need a snack, but usually, I stick with a hot drink.

Personally, I always feel like eating when i’m reading, but find that it’s hard to keep focus on both at the same time. 😅 If I’m reading a physical book I’m afraid of getting it dirty, and I just don’t seem to have enough hands to handle everything.

I do my eating and reading separately. I don't want to make a mess and I just can't seem to be able to do the two things together.

If I’m on my own, I’ll read while eating meals. Otherwise, I just read with a cup of coffee.

Sometimes I do like to have a snack while reading, but I definitely have to have a cup of coffee.

Are you serious? I'm Italian ... I love eating even when I'm taking a bath.

Last year I began a habit of reading over breakfast rather than opening facebook or staring at youtube etc. It's now become a daily ritual and I love it. I know that no matter how busy my day is going to be I get at least a couple minutes to read.

I often have a snack nearby. Pretzels are a good choice because they aren't too messy. A cup of tea or coffee is nice too.

I enjoy eating while reading. The only problem is that I'll have my mind stuck on whatever I'm eating till I finish it

I used to prepare a small snack before reading. I find it too distracting nowadays.

If I'm reading an actual book I don't like to eat in case the crumbs get stuck down the middle but ok love reading with a coffee in hand. If I'm reading on my kindle then I'm not bothered as much by eating
