I don't usually do it as a habit. Think it would be distracting.

Yesss I have that too. It started when i was little and had to do my homeworking right after having my lunch when I got back from school, but i didn't want to do my homework :lol2: I wanted to read. So I would read while eating and I think that is when it started and stuck.

While reading, I love to drink some coffee and eat some peanuts. To make my mouth busy. 8)

Definitely! Cookies are my favorite snack when reading books. I usually have them with milk or coffee.

I cannot concentrate on a book while eating. My chewing distracts me. And it's not because I chew loudly.

I prefer to always have a drink by my side while I'm reading. Usually I have water but if it's chilly I'll have tea or coffee.

I do have moments of eating and reading, it's usually to multitask and not out of habit. I like the idea of a nice snack but always end up getting immersed in the book (and letting the tea/coffee get cold :( ).

Honestly, I can happily eat doing anything....so yes. If it is a good book I am likely to miss my mouth and drop crumbs everywhere and make a mess :)

Not really 'cause when I do, I tend to eat more-like you're unsconsciously eating and just halfway of the book I've eaten all 5 big bag of chips unconsciously and finished 1 liter of fruit juice in just one sitting.
