I find it uncomfortable because I like reading while lying down. I do like to drink hot cocoa while I read if it's cold. But then I'd have to sit and I'm too lazy for that. :D

It depends on my mood and the story I’m reading. Sometimes in the story it will describe this really good dish & I have to make it cause the book made me crave it.

Yes, I think it's mainly because I typically sit the longest when I am eating.

I usually eat fruits, or maybe some crackers and cheese. I usually drink juice or water while I read. If it's cold I'll drink hot chocolate.

It depends, it is easy to overindulge if you sit for too long. I'd rather have a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Yea, I just love eating biscuits with a soft drink while reading but the problem I have with the habit is that I take more than required there by making me to add some weight.

I live alone and prefer reading over TV So I frequently read while I eat. It slows my pace down and I have a distraction while dining.

I usually read on my bed, and i don't want to invite ants so I don't like eating while reading.

I'm guilty of reading while eating full meals which is, apparently, a bad habit but I won't, can't stop!

No, I want to focus on my reading and eating gets me out of the zone. Also I don't want to get my books dirty.

I have changed my snack while reading. I am now partaking of mixed nuts - mostly walnuts. They are supposed to be good for the brain so they go well with reading. :techie-studyingbrown:
